~ You offer only credit / debit card payment. I would like to make a purchase but would like to complete payment via Paypal, Personal Cheque or Postal Order, is this possible?

~ It certainly is, please proceed through checkout as normal. When you have selected your delivery method, highlight your order, printout and send with your cheque / postal order payable to The Favour Store. Our address can be found on the contact us page. For paypal please highlight the whole order and paste onto an e-mail, send the e-mail to sales@thefavourstore.com please ensure you let us have your paypal e-mail address and we will send you the money request.

~~ How long will my Personalised item take to arrive?

~~ The lead time fluctuates throughout the year, we have added resource to the personalising dept and are running 24 hours a day seven days a week. The following information will be updated on a regular basis:
Personalised ribbon: Will typically despatch within 2 - 5 days of receiving order, we can currently take urgent orders for a 24 / 48 hour turnaround.

Personalised Boxes and Napkins: All orders will typically despatch within 5 - 15 days of receiving order, we can currently take urgent orders for a 24 / 48 hour turnaround.
