Refund Policy
If you cancel before the delivery of any wedding favours your money will be refunded and the goods will not be delivered. If you return the goods to us within 14 days from the date they have been delivered to you, in perfect condition and with the original invoice/receipt we will give you a full refund. You will be responsible for the delivery of the goods. The refund will be in the form of the original method of payment, either direct to your credit card or by cheque. Postage & packaging charges will not be refundable.

NB. In addition to our returns' policy, the Distance Selling Regulations allows you, as a consumer buying goods from mail order or on the internet, to cancel any order you make within seven (7) days from the date they are delivered to you for a complete refund. If you wish to exercise this right, you must ensure that the goods are unused. Please either contact our customer service number 01455 633638 or return the goods. You will be responsible for the cost of the delivery of the goods.

Please note that this right to return goods does not apply to personalised products or perishable goods such as confectionery.

Please also note that our returns' policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, i.e. If the gifts are faulty or not what you ordered. In this case please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), and return to us with all receipts, warranties, licences, manuals and accessories. In these circumstances we will pay for the reasonable delivery of the goods.

Where you are returning goods because of an error on our part or that the goods are defective, we will refund you the price of the postage & packaging.
