Ordering online
thefavourstore.com operates a secure online system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This means that you can order anytime day or night and that all your credit card details are encrypted through our online validation and authorisation system. When ordering with thefavourstore.com all payments are transacted through one system and although you may have purchased several gifts from different retail partners your credit card statement will only reflect payments from thefavourstore.com Therefore should you have any queries you only have to deal with thefavourstore.com We will do our best to ensure that any problem you have will get resolved. Methods of payment
thefavourstore.com takes all major credit cards:
Visa, Delta, MasterCard, Switch, JCB, Visa Electron, and Solo.

We also accept payment by cheque, however goods cannot be dispatched until the cheque has been cleared. Please allow five working days for any cheque to clear. Please send the cheque with your address and cheque card number on the back to The Favour Store, Unit 1 Nutts Lane Industrial Estate, Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE10 3EJ.

Ordering by telephone
The Favour Store welcomes orders by telephone. Please contact our customer care team on 01455 633638. They are available Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm. Please have to hand the details of the goods that you wish to purchase and the method of payment.

Placing an order
Whether you have placed an order online, by telephone, fax or by post, thefavourstore.com will send you a confirmation of your order either by e-mail if you ordered online (and if you have an e-mail address) or by post. If there are any problems with the wedding favours order then we will advise you as soon as possible. If you change your mind after placing an order, don't worry, just contact us and we can cancel the order or change any part of an order up and until the time of shipment. If a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to offer you an alternative similar in price and quality. On the rare occasion that we are unable to fulfill your order, we will not be liable for the failure to deliver the goods in question.

Delivering an order
All thefavourstore.com goods are delivered depending on size/weight either by Royal Mail first class or by courier Monday to Friday. To ensure that you have received your parcel, the courier will request a signature for proof of delivery; therefore select a delivery address, which is the most convenient for you. Provided that your order is placed by 5pm, then subject to availability, deliveries within the UK will normally be made within one to two working days except where otherwise stated on the category header.
